Seaworld Park Area Ambassador

Are you something of a clean freak? Do you consistently expect to exceed others expectations? Is good just never good enough for you? We’re looking for dedicated, diligent, energetic individuals to deliver exceptional guest services throughout our park.



What you get to do:


As a Host or Hostess responsible for restrooms, pathways and stadiums, you’ll ensure an exemplary level of guest service, including engaging with guests and maintaining a clean and safe environment through the park. Working in a team environment, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality. You will:

  • Maintain cleanliness of restroom/park areas

  • Operate and maintain blow packs, pressure washers, vacuums, fire hoses, etc.

  • Bussing tables in Culinary locations

  • Stock restroom supplies

  • Maintain/organize storage closet

  • Notify leadership of any supplies needed

  • Report any concerns or repair needs in restroom facilities

  • Sweep debris from pathways while scanning landscape for trash

  • Maintain hand washing stations

  • Change trash bags

  • Ensure safe and efficient line speed and crowd flow through stadiums

  • Interact with guests and answer guest questions

  • Complete opening and closing procedures

  • Direct guests to attractions

  • Assist with park emergencies, including inclement weather

  • Perform other duties as assigned



Compensation

USD 13.00 (paid  Bi-Weekly )

Overtime is available at   per hour.

This position requires an interview.

- All students are provided with meal vouchers at the beginning of their program, with enough for one per day from program start to finish to use while on the clock in employee-only lounges. They can use more than one each day if they would like to, but they are only provided with enough to have one every day, so it is up to their discretion since they will not be replaced.

32 hours per week

Schedule will vary: in summer months most employees work 5-6 shifts per week at 8-11 hours per shift.

Weekends and holidays are required workdays. 30-50 hours per week the average.

Required Supplies

The employer will provide the basic required uniform.Employees are required to purchase their own shoes. Work location determines the type of shoes required.

Housing is located approximately 1 mile from the work locations. Participants can walk, ride a bike, take the trolley or take the bus to work.

Men and women cannot live in housing together. All rooms will be same-sex occupancy.



Ambassadors can move into Housing 1 day before their orientation date and must move out 1 day after their last worked shift date. The date you are expected to arrive, and move into housing, is one day before the date listed on the SeaWorld Orlando work offer given to you at the time you are hired.



Participants who arrive in Orlando, before their expected arrival date will need to arrange for their own hotel, or other housing, until the day they can move into housing.



Participants who plan to stay in Orlando more than 1 day after their employment ends will need to make their own arrangements for a hotel, or other housing, until they depart Orlando, Florida.
